I’m all about helping businesses with purpose and empathy, so I have listened and have launched my sustainability impact assessments.

I have conducted the research for you and created a structure that will help you create your roadmap to sustainability. As you work through you will clarify where you are right now, identify the ways forward for you and your business, and set targets to take your next steps toward your long-term goal.

What’s involved?

There are 3 ways you can do this assessment:

🌍 Option 1: Explore

2-hour sustainability impact assessment £650 +VAT

Using my 5-point assessment tool, I can help your team to work through completing an initial assessment as to your current impact levels and identify routes for development, ready to create your report. We look at UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), plus environmental, social, economic, and governance impacts, and how they align with your business.

🌍 Option 2: Guide

2-hour sustainability impact assessment plus a 60 min follow-up session £790 +VAT

2-hour workshop plus an additional session to help you refine the content, raise queries and decide on the best for reporting and to start creating/structuring your report.

🌍 Option 3: Activate

2-hour sustainability impact assessment plus ongoing support for 3 months £1100 +VAT

2-hour workshop, plus 3 x 60-minute follow-up sessions and up to 30 min weekly check-ins where required. This option allows you more time and support to explore your goals to a deeper level, provide time for research and stakeholder buy-in and to access my help in creating your impact report.

Either way, you will create a roadmap identifying where you are, where you want to be, your next steps and how you are going to get there.

How does the structure work?

My template will take you through 5 key sections:

Stage 1: Understanding where you are now & identifying your sustainability ‘why’

Stage 2: Where do you align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?

Stage 3: Using the 5-point assessment tool

Stage 4: Target setting

Stage 5: Key considerations for next steps
